Fratelli Beretta was founded in Barzanò, with a notarial deed in favour of Carlo Antonio Beretta inheriting the family pork business from his father.

Felice and Mario Beretta opened the first butcher’s and charcuterie shop in Barzanò, distributing across nearby regions

Fratelli Beretta entering the newly born Italian retailers industry with prepacked products.

Launch of the Frankfurters business and its iconic brand Wuber.

Production of Parma ham was established, alongside the large scale production of high quality salamis.

Beginning of an international growth for Fratelli Beretta, bringing to the USA for the first time its Italian cold cuts expertise.
