Mini panettone gourmet with Carpegna ham

Ingredients for 2 mini panettone

  • 2 mini panettone gourmet
  • 85 g of Carpegna ham
  • 200 g of mozzarella cheese
  • 60 g of artichoke paté
  • Salad
  • 2 cherry tomatoes for decoration


Gently remove the panettone case and slice it into 1 cm thick slices.

On the first layer, arrange a handful of salad, a slice of mozzarella and a slice of Carpegna ham.

On the second layer, spread a generous coating of artichoke paté.

On the third layer proceed as for the first.

Close the panettone with its cap. Stick a cherry tomato with a long wooden stick and use it to hold the panettone together in order to serve it more easily.
